Amish Quilts
Jim and Connie Thompson have collected Amish quilts for nearly 40 years.
In this combination PowerPoint/Trunk Show presentation, they will share some of what they have learned during this adventure.
Topics to be covered:
The PowerPoint presentation, which favors pictures over words, is followed by a trunk show which shows examples of traditional Amish Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana quilts. After the presentation, white gloves will be passed out to those wanting to take a "closer look" at the vibrant quilts.
If you would like more information about this program, or would like to book the program for an upcoming Quilt Guild Meeting, call Jim or Connie at 757-903-2635 or email us at rugbyjimthompson@gmail.com.
